I popped into Boots recently and picked up a few things so I thought I would share them with you today. I have been doing really well at not buying too much makeup recently! However, it seems to have been replaced with skin care, which isn’t so good for my bank account! But I’m really excited to try out these products and they weren’t too expensive.
The first thing I got was this Pure Clay Detox Mask from L’Oreal. I love face masks. Especially clay and charcoal masks as I love the feeling of the impurities being drawn out and how soft they make my skin feel so I was really excited to see this new release. There were two other masks also in the line, one to matify and one to add glow. I went for this one because of the detoxifying clay, I really liked the sound of it. I will do a further review once I have tried it and know how it works on my skin. I’ve linked it here.
Next I chose this Botanics Hydrating All Bright Night Cream. I am a big fan of the Boots Botanics range – brilliant, affordable skincare. Their products are almost always on offer so I always like to have a look. My favourite serum ever comes from this brand! I’ve never used a cream designed specifically for night use before, only rich moisturisers, so I’m really looking forward to trying this one. At the time of purchase it was half price for £2.50 and I’ve linked it here.
Finally, I bought the Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask. I have never tried a tissue mask before, but recently I have heard lots about tissue masks so I was really excited to spot this one in Boots, which I’d never even heard of before! I love the idea of it and by looking at the packet, it looks ideal for my skin type. I’m looking forward to trying this and I will be sure to leave a review on how it works. At 99p it was so affordable and I’ve linked it here.
