Mini Superdrug Haul

Recently I popped into Superdrug for a few essentials so I thought I would share them today.

I find purse always feels a bit lighter after I’ve been to Boots or Superdrug, but I’ve been doing really well at saving recently as I’ve had Christmas presents to buy! So nothing to extravagant here, but just a few bits and pieces really.

I’d run out of my Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends Shampoo for Long Hair. I first started using this years ago, and I just keep going back to it. I feel super lucky that my hair loves such an affordable shampoo!

For me, this one is fail-safe, it cleans, nourishes and makes my hair so shiny, without weighing my hair down. I always re-stock this one when it runs out!

This one is a new purchase for me, it is the Blistex Intensive Moisturiser Daily Care. My lips have been really bad for dryness since the weather has got colder and my Nuxe Reve De Miel lip balm (my usual favourite) just wasn’t sorting it. I think I was using it so much that my lips seemed to have got used to it and didn’t feel the effects anymore.

This is amazing! Literally just what I needed, this feels like a proper treatment and has fixed the dry problems within two days. It smells really nostalgic for me – it smells a bit like Vix that I used to have on a hankie to smell if I had a cold! Fresh and slightly minty for anyone who never used Vix haha! But seriously, I really recommend this one.

I picked this one up for my trip to London, I always use the Garnier Micellar Water so a mini one is great for travelling. This is the fastest, easiest and most gentle way to remove my makeup before I go in with a balm cleanser.

I did try the oil version of this micellar water, but I found it really made my eyes sting when I removed my makeup, so I’ll always stick with the original version now!

Finally a nail polish! Not an essential I know, but I realised I don’t own a soft, light grey coloured nail polish so I went on a hunt for the colour I wanted. Strangely, the only brand in my local Superdrug that has a colour like this was Collection _ a brand that I’ve never used nail polish from before. But it was only a few pounds so I decided to go for it.

This one is in the colour ‘Pebble Grey’ and I will report back once I’ve used it on how it looks and whether it is long lasting or not!

So that was everything I bought in Superdrug! Nothing to exciting as I say, but almost all necessary really hehe! Xx

It’s lovely isn’t it, the scent isn’t too overpowering but smells fruity and lovely 😊 I agree, my favourite quick way to remove makeup!

I love herbal essence, every single one they come out with smells SO delightful. I’m such a sucker for good smelling hair products. Nail polish is a total must! I bet that color is going to come out so pretty! Love it!

I agree, so affordable yet they leave me hair feeling so lovely! It’s super pretty, a soft grey nail polish is like wearing a nude shade – really subtle yet pretty! Xxx
