Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish: Review

SONY DSC

I might be the last person in the world to try the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser! But I recently was given this sample, given to me buy someone who got it free with some beauty pieces they bought. I was so excited to try this, as I have a real love for cleansers.

I feel like this has been around for such a long time now, and has such a cult following of people who love it as their holy grail cleanser. When something is loved as much as this product, I always have high hopes for it.

This cleanser does not disappoint at all! I absolutely love it.

So you simply apply to your face, work it into the skin to breakdown makeup and wash the face. You then remove the cleanser using the cloth, after soaking it in hot water. It wipes away your makeup, cleansing the skin.

I actually prefer to use a flannel to the muslin cloth that it came with – there is nothing wrong with the cloth! I just prefer a flannel cloth as I feel like it doubles up as an exfoliator for my skin as I wipe it over my skin.

This leaves my skin so utterly soft, I was so pleased. I would say this is one of my new favourite cleansers, because it leaves my skin feeling so clean, yet nourished at the same time. As someone with dry skin, this is really important to me as it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped or even more dry.

I am going to be picking up the full size of this product one I run out of this mini one! I have enjoyed reaching for it, and using it on my skin which is definitely the sign of a brilliant product. So far, this completely lives up to it’s fame, I am really impressed.

Wish we had that product here – I’m currently using Pond’s with microbeads and it just leaves my face feeling stripped.

This sounds like such an amazing product, I might actually have to jump on this bandwagon as well – I didn’t even know this thing existed! Its nice that it came with a cloth too, I wonder if it usually always does?

As far as I know, it does come with a little cloth but I’m not 100% sure! Maybe there are different sets you can get! I do really love it, I think you’d love it! Xxx
