Neal’s Yard Skincare Haul

neal's yard haul

Recently I picked up some new skincare products from Neal’s Yard, my favourite organic brand. There is something comforting and familiar about the blue glass bottles, as my mum always used this brand when I was younger, and they have so many lovely, kind-to-skin products. I got a face wash and a bubble bath! So I have a mini haul and first impressions blog post for you today.

First is the Rejuvenating Frankincense Facial Wash. This one smells incredible – I have used the Frankincense moisturiser before and loved it, so I thought the wash should be good too.

I have only used it once so far, but it left my skin feeling so soft and fresh. It is like a cream cleanser really, you massage into damp skin and rinse away. I removed my makeup with a micellar water first, as I always do, so I’m not sure how this would be at actually removing makeup. But as a second cleanse, I loved it. I’m glad it has a pump as well, so it is easy to use in the shower too if you wanted to. It didn’t leave my skin feeling stripped at all, just really nourished.

I also picked up the Seaweed & Arnica Foaming Bath, which is basically a bubble bath. This has a unique scent but I absolutely love it! You just pour some into your bath and it fills it with lovely bubbles, and the wonderful, calming scent. Products like this feel like a real treat when you use them in your bath. I think this would be amazing to use after heavy exercise if your muscles are aching, as it does feel like it really soothes and calms.

Have you ever tried Neals Yard products? I might have to look at their makeup to see what they have!

I’ve never tried this brand before, but both of these products sound lovely! I know what you mean about the ‘comforting and familiar’ aspect of the brand, that’s the reason why I love to use brands my family used to use or are still using, it’s the very best recommendation we can ever get!

They are so lovely! Yeah definitely, those brands seem like Home don’t they! Nice to use something tried and tested by your friends or family! Xxx
